1 Information We Collect
Account & Profile Information
- Contact Details: Your name, email address, and mobile phone number for account creation and ride notifications.
- Profile Photo: Optional photo to help drivers identify you at pickup locations.
- Saved Places: Home, work, and favorite addresses for quick booking.
- Payment Information: Secure tokens for UPI or cards. We never store raw card numbers—payment processing is handled by certified partners.
We collect precise GPS location to:
- Match you with nearby available drivers
- Show real-time driver location and ETAs
- Track your ride route for safety monitoring
- Calculate accurate fares based on distance traveled
Your Control: You can disable location services in your device settings, but you'll need to manually enter pickup and drop-off addresses.
2 How We Use Your Data
- Service Delivery: Matching you with drivers, processing payments, sending ride confirmations and ETAs.
- Safety Features: Real-time trip monitoring via RideCheck, emergency assistance, and incident investigation.
- Customer Support: Resolving disputes, handling refunds, and answering your questions.
- Service Improvement: Analyzing app usage to fix bugs and enhance features (using anonymized data where possible).
4 How We Protect Your Data
- Encryption: TLS 1.3 for all data in transit; AES-256 for data at rest.
- Access Controls: Strict "Least Privilege" policy—only authorized support staff can access your data, and only when necessary to help you.
- Regular Audits: Annual security assessments and penetration testing by third-party experts.
- Secure Infrastructure: Data stored in ISO 27001 certified data centers with 24/7 monitoring.
5 Your Privacy Rights
- Access: Download a copy of your ride history and account data.
- Correction: Update your profile information anytime in the app.
- Deletion: Request immediate deletion of your account and associated personal data.
- Objection: Opt-out of marketing communications and certain data processing activities.
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

6 Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary:
