Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Urban Cab, we strive to provide the best services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change or issues arise. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Cancellations
- Advance Payment: A 25% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- Payment Balance: The remaining payment must be paid before or on the day of travel.
- Cancellation by Customer: No refund will be provided if the customer cancels their booking.
- Cancellation by Urban Cab: If Urban Cab cancels the booking, the customer will receive a 25% advance payment refund.
Returns and Exchanges
- Conditions: Returns or exchanges are applicable only if the service was not provided as agreed or if there was an issue with the booking process.
- Non-Refundable: Any services provided or partially provided are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time
